Projects

Each client has a different idea of what they would like to achieve.  From extensions on listed buildings to new dwellings or commercial and agricultural projects, Lasseter Downie Planning is able to assist you in navigating the process. Below, please see some recent examples.

New Dwellings

New Dwellings in and outside of settlement boundaries.  We generally work within rural areas and will assess a site and advise accordingly.  Each site is unique and depending upon its location we are able to advise what necessary strategy and surveys are needed and which architect to use.

Agricultural/Commercial

We work with a number of rural businesses advising on which Use Class is appropriate for the site. For example, we have worked on a number of Class Q conversions and once granted, if appropriate, a redesign.

Replacement Dwellings

Replacement dwellings in the countryside.  We have worked successfully with a number of clients to achieve their dream homes.
