Ian Lasseter

Ian has worked in the industry for over 40 years. Since graduating from Sheffield University Ian worked in Local Government in Kent (at District and County level) before joining a London Borough and then moving on to two Authorities in Hampshire. In 1997, he left to join DGG now Lasseter Downie Planning.  He is well known in the industry and many clients would not embark upon any project without his sound and sage advice.  Ian is well versed in the historical twists and turns of the planning world and a track record of success both on applications and at appeal. Ian is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Caroline Downie

Caroline joined the company in 2018 having previously worked  on a large scale building project.  She has  experience across all planning matters and her passion is in creating schemes that work well for the client whilst also protecting the rural environment. She has an eye for detail in any design scheme. Having previously worked in the financial sector, she is able to also provide basic valuation advice and approaches the each project strategically. Caroline is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Jade Higgs

Jade is responsible for the continued smooth running of the office and is the first port of call for all pre application surveys as well as always responding with a smile!
